LAST SUMMER WITH MAIZON

The story Last Summer with Maizon.....

is all about friendship. A girl named Maragaret has to cope with her dad passing away from a heart attack and her best friend, Maizon, is moving away. She got accepted into a boarding school. Margaret is bored without her, but she is occupied with her poetry. Her teacher entered her in a poetry contest and she won first place!!!! Her teacher, Ms. Peazle, gets very proud of Margaret. One day, three whole months since Maizon moved away without any contact whatsoever, Maizon called Margaret with big news. She was coming home! She said everyone treated her different, beacuse she was black..... and smart. She came home 1 week later. Margaret was so happy! This is how two best friends become reunited. Both were forever happy.
